Global Banking Firm With Reliability Issues Standardized Performance Management
A Global Banking and Financial Services Firm with operations in more than 80 countries and over 200 thousand employees, experienced reliability issues requiring standardized performance management. Without the ability to detect problems in their critical business applications, the firm faced strategic challenges. These limited their opportunities to transform the reliability of their enterprise level services. EI’s Banking Industry Consulting services helped write an RFP and manage the vendor selection that ultimately chose CA’s APM Solution including Wily Introscope®. Having selected a technology, a roadmap and plan was articulated to implement this solution in their Banking and Financial Service systems platforms.
EI’s Program Management Solution services provided program oversight and management that drove adoption thoughout the organization. EI’s Infrastructure Management services developed a detailed implementation plan, defined quality assurance processes and procedures, which specified the configuration of the CA APM solution. As a result of partnering with Enterprise Iron, this client standardized performance management and performance monitoring capability, which improved their platform reliability diminishing the risk of highly visible outages that were previously plaguing them.
