A Major Automotive Manufacturer Addresses Their Service Quality Issues

A major automotive manufacturer was experiencing service quality issues that impacted some of its supply chain management systems and therefore needed to implement a better performance monitoring system to detect these problems and address them going forward before they impacted manufacturing operations. EI’s Infrastructure Management services helped them assess the fit of various APM solutions and they ultimately selected CA’s eHealth and Performance spectrum solutions.

The implementation of the solutions was planned and their configurations tailored to the unique supply chain management environment of this manufacturer. Using the tools, a better appreciation of the system and integration interface problems root cause was discovered and the client started implementing solutions to control these service quality issues. As a result of working with Enterprise Iron, the client addressed the service quality issues in its manufacturing process, which improves the bottom line by taking both risk and associated costs out of the process.
