Telecommunications Provider Partners with Enterprise Iron to Modernize Performance Monitoring
A leading provider of Data, Voice & Managed Services to commercial and private sector customers needed to modernize performance monitoring to better manage the complexities of such dynamic IT environments, while continuously satisfying customer demands for higher capacity and superior service levels. Their existing performance monitoring capabilities were no longer scaling to the demand and a new solution was required. EI’s Infrastructure Management practice assessed candidate APM solutions and the client selected CA eHealth and Spectrum.
Working with operations and IT, the team identified where to deploy this APM solution, and configured to the unique needs of this telecommunications service provider. Using this component, better service level management was achieved which takes both risk and cost out of service delivery operations, improving their bottom line. As a result of partnering with EI, this client modernized performance monitoring capabilities, and drove that APM capability into their mechanism to guarantee service level and quality, while taking risk and cost out of their operational services.
