Bank Implements Performance Monitoring Solution To Fix System Problems
A global banking and financial services firm had performance issues with some of its mission critical applications requiring a performance monitoring solution. They needed to select and implement APM solution for monitoring and remedying those problems before they had impact operations. Enterprise Iron’s Infrastructure Management services analyzed the options and recommended that they extend their CA Wily solution to address the issues. Working with IT, the practice configured CA Wily Introscope to automatically monitor the problematic solutions and integration interfaces, which provided them both with timely notification of problems so that they could be fixed. Therefore, this also started to reveal the root cause of the problems and allowed for plans to be developed to address root causes. As a result of working EI, the client was able to mitigate highly visible system failures and outages, keeping those from impacting critical customer facing operations and processes.
