John P. Polito
Co-Founder & CEO
John's vast expertise and knowledge began at Morgan Stanley, specializing in management and technology consulting. For years, he watched firms give IT departments full reign to invest in software and systems with the hopes of increasing profits. But he understood that to gain a competitive edge, you first need to define business strategy, structure your end-to-end business management, and thoroughly understand products and services – so John started Enterprise Iron in 2002. He is a graduate of Rutgers University and holds certifications with Cannon Financial Institute, the Institute of Certified Bankers, the Project Management Institute, and serves on the Board of Directors of several offshore corporations.
John R. Crocker
Co-Founder & EVP
John has worked in Information Technology for almost four decades with expertise in architecting technology systems that integrate smoothly into both client-side and back-office operations. He worked on some of the initial RFCs and protocols for the internet in the 1980s and assisted several companies during the dot-com boom, engineered the first eCommerce, bill pay, and insured websites. John served as Managing Director of eBusiness Strategy for the Merrill Lynch International Private Client Group before co-founding Enterprise Iron with John Polito. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Montana and is a member of ACAMS, ISOC, and ISSA.
Controller & CFO
Scott has 25+ years of experience in Finance, specifically Brokerage and Mutual Fund Company accounting. He acquired his CPA Designation in 1992 and entered the staffing industry as an Assistant Controller and later led the growth of a start-up in NYC as their Controller. After serving as Controller for a Central New Jersey Automotive Dealership, he joined Enterprise Iron in 2007. Scott earned his B.S. in Accounting from Brooklyn College Graduate and is an active member of the American Institute of CPA’s and New Jersey Society of CPA’s.
Peter has 25+ years of experience in Financial Services and Management Consulting, leading retirement plan recordkeeping, insurance and annuities, and strategic sourcing organizations. He has an extensive operational, process re-engineering, product management and compliance background and has led multiple teams in production, implementation, transformation and business readiness/adoption roles. Peter earned a BBA in Finance and Operations Management from The University of Massachusetts and an honorable discharge from the United States Marine Corps. He is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst (AIFA) and a Project Management Professional (PMP). Peter lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife Cambria and 3 children, Emma, Bella and Jack.
CMO & Head of Industry Relations
Jennifer has 15+ years experience in the Financial Services and Retirement Services. Prior to joining Enterprise Iron, she served as the Director of Marketing & Events for the Plan Sponsor Council of America, Director of Operations of The SPARK Institute and has 10+ years experience in the aviation industry. She is responsible for helping to grow the business, maintaining support of existing clients and increasing brand recognition.
Director, Human Resources
Michelle has been with Enterprise Iron for 14 years in her integral role in human resources. She worked on Wall Street for 20 years and brings deep accounting experience to her work. Michelle has two children and loves the outdoors.
Director, Infrastructure & Facilities
Ray has extensive experience in telecommunications, having worked for Western Electric, AT&T Bell Laboratories, and Lucent Technologies. His experience includes 1, 1A, 5ESS Communications Systems, Application Programming, System Design and Architecture, Project Management, and Client Sales. He is well-versed in Product Management and Data Networking via SMDS, Frame Relay, ATM, SONET SDH and TCP/IP. He earned a B.S. in Computer Science from NJIT and a Master’s in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Michael has 17+ years in Financial Services Recruitment, Staff Augmentation and Talent Operation experience. He is highly skilled in talent acquisition strategy, diversity and inclusion, career development, management consulting, employee retention and emerging technology. Mike excels at acquiring talent for clients in Information Technology, Operations, Project Management and Business Process Management. He holds a BBA from Franklin & Marshall.

Joaquin brings 40+ years of diverse expertise in the Commercial and Federal Government sectors to Enterprise Iron. He provides leadership, strategic direction and growth of the company’s Federal Government initiatives. He is a Technology and Management graduate of University of Maryland and a Certified Program and Capture Manager.

Lou is former VP and cashier for various Wall Street Firms with 30+ years of experience in Financial Services and 13+ years in Retirement. As a Vice President at Smith New Court, he managed the firm’s International and Domestic operations. He later played a critical role as a VP of Santander Investments in gaining approval for Banco Santander to operate as a Broker Dealer in the U.S. As a Partner of Enterprise Iron, Lou maintains and cultivates key relationships with stakeholders across our industry.
Senior Managing Director, Retirement Services
Kevin has 35+ years in Financial Services including end-to-end development and implementation of new products and services at Fortune 100 firms. His experience spans insurance, defined contribution, defined benefit, health and welfare. Before joining Enterprise Iron and prior the TESS contract supporting the TSP plan, Kevin managed the OmniPlus application at TIAA during a major conversion and development effort of 3.5 million participants and over 7 million accounts.

Ishu is a seasoned Financial Services executive with 25+ years experience leading and managing high impact teams. He has in-depth knowledge of all aspects of retirement industry program & product management, plan administration and implementation. Ishu fosters and maintains collaborations with EI's clients and all pivotal external stakeholders within the Retirement Industry. He earned a MSF from Loyola College and lives in Virginia with his wife, Dr. Ripi Kohli and daughter, Ishar.
Managing Director, Plan Sponsor Services
Paul has 30+ years of experience working for the global leaders in the Financial Services industry. With deep expertise in IT, Operations and Product Management, Paul has created new business processes and innovative technologies to transform how companies and industries do business. Amongst others, these initiatives include the invention of a patented software application for processing loans and hardship withdrawals across multiple retirement providers for TIAA and played a lead role in crafting the USA E-Signature legislation while at Fidelity. Paul leverages this vast experience to oversee Enterprise Iron’s Plan Sponsor Services.

Marissa is tasked with evolving Enterprise Iron’s digital presence. She develops, executes and tracks EI's marketing campaigns and digital content to expand brand awareness, increase engagement and drive web traffic. Specializing in creative problem-solving and strategy, her work strengthens the firm’s value proposition and upholds brand integrity across all communications and channels. She earned a BFA in Graphic Design and a MBA in Marketing from Monmouth University, NJ.

Mark is an accomplished EI Partner in the Financial Services sector with 30+ years of experience as a Consultant. His expertise spans comprehensive program and project management, innovative strategy analysis and articulation, business plan development, solution integration and implementation support. Mark optimizes operation processes including the development of sophisticated integration and BPO/BPM procedures and implementation of continuous improvement programs.

Denise has 25+ years of experience in Retirement and Investment management. She has proven experience developing strategy and translating strategic decisions into actionable results with an extensive background in program & product management, client experience, business transformation, business processing and plan administration, business development and client retention. She has in-depth knowledge of DC and DB plans, plus a comprehensive understanding of the complexities that govern and enable plans sponsors and providers to efficiently manage and administer retirement plans.
Adrienne Ryan Pinto

Adrienne has 30+ years of experience in the financial services industry. She has extensive knowledge of Retirement Plan, mutual fund and 529 plan servicing and recordkeeping platforms/operations infrastructure. Prior to joining EI, she held various leadership roles at TIAA and Morgan Stanley that were focused on business/strategic planning, client services, process improvement, risk, controls, business readiness, vendor relationship oversight and change, project, call center management. Adrienne earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York.

Sergio has decades of consulting experience for Fortune 100 firms in Financial Services, Life Sciences and the Government sector. He brings a broad skillset to his advisory services for CTOs and Enterprise Architecture teams involved in large scale transformations. Most recently, Sergio has focused extensively on Cybersecurity, Cloud migration of legacy platforms, and the Agile transformation and DevSecOps retooling of classic waterfall engineering teams.
Troi has over 30 years of experience in project management, system analysis, business and technical analysis, program analysis, conversions, technical training, reconciliations, adjustments and programming. He is a result driven leader experienced in every stage of the development life cycle – from requirement definition and documentation, analysis and design, development to implementation and maintenance.
